THE JACARANDA PROGRAM
(RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM COMING SOON)

Jacaranda Housing consists of two programs: our Residential Program for young women and our Outreach Program for young women and men. We are located in Burbank, California and serve young adults at risk of homelessness, ages 18-24, many of whom are aging out of the foster system. At this critical stage in their lives, Jacaranda Housing's purpose is to come alongside these young women and men and empower them with the tools and support they need to thrive as independent adults.

For more information about our programs, visit our What We Do page.

Check out the below story about a young woman named Christina who has aged out of the foster system.

Jacaranda Housing's mission is to come alongside at-risk, transition-age (17-22yrs old) young women and equip them with the tools and support they need to thrive.

Our vision is to break the cycle of poverty that each of these young adults face as they enter adulthood, whether that be through our Residential Program or our Outreach Program.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Transition Age Youth (TAY - age 18-22) leaving the foster care system have a high chance of becoming homeless, not finishing high school, not attending college, substance abuse, getting arrested, or suicide.
We work to support these youth to a more hopeful future!
