JACARANDA'S MISSION

Jacaranda Housing's mission is to come alongside at-risk, transition-age (18-24yrs old) young adults and equip them with the tools and support they need to thrive.

Our vision is to break the cycle of poverty that each of these young adults face as they enter adulthood, whether that be through our Outreach Program or our future Residential Program.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Transition Age Youth (TAY - age 17-24) leaving the foster care system have a high chance of becoming homeless, not finishing high school, not attending college, substance abuse, getting arrested, becoming a victim of human trafficking, or suicide.
We work to support these youth to a more hope filled future!
